Not Received Your Parcel

If two weeks has passed and you have not received your order, then please contact us immediately so we can track your item.

Please note that proof of postage is obtained for all items. If an item does get lost then the Royal Mail advise that a period of time must pass before this item is officially lost . Once this time has past a replacement item will be sent to you . In no circumstances will a refund be issued for lost post.

Refunds & Exchanges

We hope you will love your fabrics as much as we do but if for whatever reason you wish to return or exchange your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order & we will do our best to resolve the problem. 

We will refund / exchange your purchase once we have received the goods & checked that they haven't been cut or washed & still in a saleable condition. Any refunds / exchanges will be given minus the postage costs. 

Once we've checked your returns you will then receive a full refund / exchange. You as a customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless however we sent faulty goods or the wrong item which then we would reimburse you any charges.
