 When will my order be shipped?

We aim to have your order shipped within 1-3 working days.
No orders will be shipped over the weekends & holidays.
Please allow extra time during busy periods, special offers & sale events.

 How do you pack orders?

All items are sent in a poly mailing bag or box depending on the size of the order.

 Postage Costs

We ship to the UK & worldwide.
All UK orders under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class sign for. Any order over 2kg will be sent via a courier. Worldwide orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. This is so we can track your order incase of the unlikely event of it being lost.

We try to keep postage costs to a minimum. See our shipping costs for more info. 

I live local to you, can I collect my order?

If your local to Lowestoft all orders can be collected from:

Your order will be ready to collect once you have received shipping confirmation from us via email. You will need to provide your name upon collection of your order. 
If you've selected the free shipping but don't live local to us your order will be cancelled and refunded. 

 Shipping Address

Please make sure your address is correct. We will send any orders made via the address provided.
If the wrong address is provided we take no responsibility for undelivered orders.

Product images are a mixture our own images & images provided by the manufacturer. We do our best to take accurate images of the colours but due to different lighting & monitor settings we cant guarantee an exact colour match.
